Case Management & Consultation
Case Management
You may benefit from Case Management:
- If your needs would best be met outside of our Center, whether it be for specialized treatment, long-term counseling, or due to our brief treatment model; this is typically discussed between you and your counselor
- If you need assistance getting connected to other on-campus clinics or community resources
- You are a distance education student or live outside of North Carolina
To get started with case management services, you may call our office at 252-328-6661 to schedule a case management appointment or talk with your counselor.
If you are interested in seeking off-campus treatment on your own, you can visit the Trillium Health Resources Network Provider Directory or “Find a Therapist” (or psychiatrist, support group, treatment facility) through PsychologyToday.
Consultation
We provide formal and informal collaborations with faculty, staff, students, and family who are seeking information or guidance about an ECU student of concern or learn more from ECU CARES.
To consult, please call our Center at 252-328-6661 and ask to speak with a counselor.
Student Interviews
If you are in need of an interview with a counseling professional we encourage you to find a mental health resource within the Greenville Community or contact the McClammy Counseling and Research Lab on campus.
