Notification of Change in Records System

Notification of change in the ECU Center for Counseling and Student Development (CCSD) records system:

In Summer 2023, the Center for Counseling and Student Development (CCSD) department joined the newly created Health and Well-being Unit within the division of Student Affairs to improve care to students.

As of August 12, 2024, ECU Student Health Services providers and the ECU CCSD (counseling center) clinicians will each have access to counseling and medical records and may access your chart for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations.

The purpose of this change is to improve care to you and offer integration of medical and mental health services when clinically appropriate.
