Enter through the back entrance facing Slay Hall using your 1Card, turn right and follow the signs to check in.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Urgent Support Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4 pm. Crisis counseling services remain available 4-5pm. Non-crisis needs after 4pm will be deferred to the next business day.

The closest student and visitor parking is located in the Main Campus Student Center (MCSC) parking deck where you can pay for a visitor’s pass ($1/hour).
You may choose to use ECU Transit for close and convenient drop-off near our office by getting off at the new Main Campus Student Center stop.
